How long will it take my order to ship?

Provided the product you order is in stock, it will ship within 2 to 5 business days from Portland, Maine. If the product is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours. Most of our products are liquids, and they can only be shipped via UPS Ground or other Ground carriers. We like to be green when we can, and sometimes reuse shipping boxes and cushioning material.

What are your shipping charges?

We currently only ship to the U.S. Our flat-rate shipping is $5.99 for orders under $40, and currently we offer FREE shipping on orders over $40.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

I opened my bottle and it wasn't filled to the top?

We measure and fill the bottles based on the volume printed on the label. Our aluminum bottles actually hold more than the 120ml (4 oz.) they are designed for if filled above the curved "shoulder" of the bottle.

What is the shelf life of Hell Scent Aromatherapy sprays?

If stored properly, sprays should retain their scent and effectiveness for 18 months or more. All sprays are formulated with 100% natural, high quality Essential Oils, which should not be exposed to light or heat. If left uncapped, or in a hot car, for example, the shelf life may be greatly reduced. Shake your spray bottle gently before spraying for best results.

Can I place a Wholesale Order?

Sure! As of September, 2020, we are opening our wholesale program to new stockist. Please contact us if you wish to carry our products. If you plan to place a very large order, or have a specific delivery date in mind, please allow 3-4 weeks as we formulate and bottle to order so we can provide the freshest products with the longest shelf life.
